# Terms of use

ResiliReplay is open-source software provided under the
[Apache License 2.0](https://github.com/aliengineering-byte/resilireplay/blob/main/LICENSE). The
license, including its warranty and liability terms, governs use and redistribution.

Users are responsible for reviewing connection plans, plugin commands, target configurations,
campaign allowlists, and confirmation hashes before execution. Use ResiliReplay only with systems
and data you are authorized to test. Passive hooks do not grant permission to access a tool or
target, and ordinary capture never authorizes fault injection or retry.

Evidence and compatibility labels describe reproducible tests at the stated version. They are not a
security certification, vulnerability claim, guarantee of recovery, provider endorsement, or
authorization to test third-party systems. Vendor names are used only to identify interoperability.
